“When I received instructions for the return there was an attachment I had to include which showed an invoice for £5.81 when the purchase price was £13.76. When queried this I was told it was for two tubes! It was as if they didn’t understand plain English. I tried a WhatsApp message to try and get a simple answer to confirm that £13.76 is the correct return figure and not the £5.81 that I was to return with the items, I got no reply. I finally gave up and decided to sell locally since the size of parcel with tracking was more than the order. Nice soft words from the service, but don’t expect to get a worthwhile answer to your problem.”
