“Dispatched and received very quickly thank you. However it will not successfully support a 21W 2D lamp. Works fine with a 16W 2D lamp but will only allow a 21Watt 2D lamp to illuminate half way around the lamp.”

Good afternoon Andrew, This ballast isn't meant to be used with a 21w 2D Lamp. It's for a 21w T5 Tube in 21w form only. This is why the lamp wont work properly. You would need to use a PC 1/2x18 TC Pro in order to run a 21w 2D lamp. Hope this helps.
