“First a caveat. One of the pair I received was defective and I’ve had to return it.Update: Customer services contacted me very quickly. They were polite and professional and replaced the item immediately: my replacement worked perfectly.The mill that was working milled sea salt and peppercorns in various grades (adjusted by turning a piece underneath marked with + & -) very well. Fine through to course no problem.Filling is very easy: just remove the top bung which leaves ample room to pour in your product of choice.The mill holds ample amount of salt n pepper corns, and far more than powered mills with batteries to make room for.I’m disabled and can’t feel one arm which makes it very difficult to use. Even so the large area for me to hold made gripping relatively easy, using my good hand to twist the lower half.A nice finishing touch are rubber feet that after using the mill you can sit it back onto, therefore avoiding spillage on your work surface. Just pull them off and set them down before you mill again, then simply place the mill back onto it.Overall nice design. Modern and well built. And good value.”
