“I’m happy with the product, although I don’t understand how people can wear it for more than one day. I hate hate hate the packaging though. I think it’s disingenuous for a brand to claim that they are big advocate for recycling but package each individual lashes with plastics. For someone use a new pair of lashes everyday - that’s a lot of plastics. They claim all the packaging is recyclable but we know that most plastics that says recyclable can’t actually be recycled. There is no recycling ID on the packaging either so I don’t know what type of plastics they actually are (other than 1 and 2 most other types can’t actually be recycled). Please switch to paper or else I will stop buying from you. Plus please have an option to not have the lashes individually packaged. I use one pair everyday I do not need them individually packaged. It’s such a waste!”

Hello! Our packaging is currently made of recycled plastics, but we are working on biodegradable packaging. We appreciate your feedback and are constantly striving to improve our products.

“very difficult to apply. i was not happy with product application, appearance, or cost. Lashy looked messy in appearance and were not secure and easily came off.”

Hello, sorry to hear that you don't love the product. We do have a 30 day return policy for the control kit. The kit is equipped with everything you need to experience the system, 2 bonds, 2 Gossamer cartridges in most commonly used sizes, the patented hand-made fuse control wand, Glass sealant, wandoms (silicone covers for your wand), hard travel case with a slightly magnified mirror, storage box, and detailed fold out instructions. It is well over its value. After purchasing the control kit, all you need to do is order the next lashes you want to try. By joining our Luxe Box subscription, you can receive up to 50% off our Gossamers. Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If they are just not adhering, usually something is off. Sometimes it can be what you are prepping with. “Applying was super simple, I wish the kit would of come with shorter lashes so I could get use to them. But all in all I’m a Lashify user now and have found what works for me...love them!”

“I love my new lash stuff but to be honest the lashes in the control kit are not useable for me! much to long for my eye shape. So I feel like that was a big waste of my money. They just sit here and I've had to hurry and buy more product to use. Makes me sad. A big waste of money for me.”
