Hi Nicole! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). Hello! We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. “Love the packaging the box comes in really feels like it’s a gift. Love everything in my control kit was a lot easier then I thought it would be to apply. So many hints and trick on social media. I love that you can take them off easy without Damaging your own lashes, give your face a good clean and tint your lashes when you need too. So many great styles you can created so any of your moods or social calendar. My only down side is that the kits comes with 12/14 length and I find 14 too long would be nice to pick the length in the kit but with the offer code I got 2 free anyway Highly recommended”
