“I watched a video, followed all of the steps, and they fell off the next day/and during the first night. I contacted customer service and was basically told, too bad. So, I’m going to try one more time with the second set and if they still don’t work, I’m returning them and will stick to my Moxie ones.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashify.com).. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life Facebook group for more tips from over 70,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“I would say stays on pretty well. Sometimes I have issues with the end of the last lash raising up. But all in all easy application and removal. I would say worth the money to try at least!”

“Everything you need for DIY lash extensions! So easy to apply and long lasting. It takes me about 15 minutes per application that’s lasts up 5 days AT THE LEAST if I fuse them twice a day and apply Glass in the am. Sometimes I switch it up after a few days just because I want to. That’s how quick and easy it is. Definitely worth the investment in the control kit to get you started. Then, you’ll be obsessed.”
