“I bought the control kit with B goassamers. I love it so much. Never getting extentions again. Already received my first luxe box order. Oficially Obsessed! It's so easy to apply and takes your lashes from drab to fab. I have very sensitive skin and eyes and no issues using Lashify products. You can control how much volume and length you want. #mascaraisdead”

“I watched a video, followed all of the steps, and they fell off the next day/and during the first night. I contacted customer service and was basically told, too bad. So, I’m going to try one more time with the second set and if they still don’t work, I’m returning them and will stick to my Moxie ones.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things: over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashify.com).. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life Facebook group for more tips from over 70,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.
