“The lashes Were way too long for a first time kit. I was not given the option to choose eye size and lash size. I see that you can make those choices the next time you buy. I requested a shorter size and received a standard reply that made no sense. For $150 you can choose natural and I assumed that also meant a more natural length.”

“I am loving my new lashes. And I was pleased at how easy they were to use. Though I wish I had the option to get free samples of melt away and pre cleanse with my control kit. I missed out on this by just over a week. That is my only complaint.”

If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application.
