“Everything is beautiful and nicely packaged but I didn't realize that it didn't come with the cleaner or the melt away, not even small starter ones so I have to wait to try it until I can afford the rest of the stuff needed to do it properly.”

“I like the control kit but it doesn’t include everything you need. So you still have to buy a few things. I love the look and I’m still trying to perfect it, i still can’t get it to last beyond 3 days.”

Hi Thuy! The Control Kit does contain everything you need to use the Lashify system - promise! Add-ons like Pre-Cleanse and Melt Away are not required. You can apply Gossamers to squeaky clean lashes and remove with a dual phased make up remover. These items are great and definitely can enhance your Lashify experience, but they are not required! :) If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website).

“Maybe it was just me but it’s very hard to wash my face with them on because any time I got the lashes wet, the glue or sealer burned my eyes. They also fell off faster than I expected. It might be because of my oil skin. They also irritated my eyes a lot and caused swelling/redness around the lash line. It was very uncomfortable and itchy some days. My skins sensitive so I’m sure that is why and I’ll be working on trying different techniques to apply and try to use less product and see how that goes.”

Hi Ashley! Our products were developed with sensitive eyes in mind and do not contain harsh chemicals such as formaldehyde, latex, or cyanoacrylates. You may be applying them too close to your waterline. “Love love love Lashify! I recently developed an allergic reaction to lash extensions and didn’t know how I was going to get by without my lashes. Then I came across a Lashify ad and started watching all the videos. Seemed a little to good to be true but thought I would give it a shot!! I’m so glad that ad showed up on my page. These lashes are so easy to use and you can’t even feel them once they’re on. I often find myself checking to make sure they’re still there. They’re made with such great quality and I love the extra care given in the packaging. Obsessed!”

“I'm on day 3 of my first application & I am really loving it! It looks just as good today as when I applied them and I'm a side sleeper. They are really light so I don't feel like I'm wearing anything. I love that the control kit had everything I needed to try them out helping me decide what other products I may want to add or may not really need to buy. Can't wait to try more lash options!”
