We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. If they are just not adhering, usually something is off. “The lashes look good but don’t stay on more than a day unless you invest more money into other products such as bondage, night bond, and lashicurl. Even after all that my lashes are only lasting 2-3 days before needing to repair one or two.”

Hi! Most of our customers can get 5-7 days wear on average. If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “I have small Asian eyes with sparse lashes: I wish your control kit came with an option for shorter gossimers like 10s to start. Your videos helped me figure it out though. The bondage works better for me!”
