We are sorry that you are not happy with your Lashify Control Kit. If your lashes and Gossamers are exposed to water and moisture frequently, you may need to try some different bonding techniques or our stronger bond, Bondage, for better longevity. Reach out to us at concierge@lashify.com if you need help with some better bonding techniques :)

“I used to go and get lashes but not any more! I can do it myself at home with this easy system. I have very sensitive eyes and this product doesn’t irritate at all. It also doesn’t hurt my lashes with harsh glue. I have nothing negative about this product at all. :heart:️”

“It was super simple to apply. I underestimated the length until they were all on so I felt I looked a little unnatural but they came off easily and the other sizes I got will be perfect. Very happy with my purchase.”
