“It seems that the first time use is the best with these lashes but I have trouble keeping them on after that. The started kit didn’t seem to come with all the products I needed.”

Hi Katie! Everything you need is in the Control Kit. Products like Pre-Cleanse and Melt Away are great at prepping and removing lashes, but you don't actually need them You can apply lashes to fresh, squeaky clean lashes with absolutely no oils or residue on them and get great results. You can also remove them with any dual phase make up remover. If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. “I love the lashify kit!!! I have been getting lash extensions for a couple of years and as much as I love them it was hard sometimes to find the time for fills. And if you took a break you had to deal with regrowth. The lashify kit is amazing, the lashes go one easily and look great. And the best part is you can easily apply them if you have an occasion and then safely remove without damaging your own lashes. I am definitely sold.”

“I love how they look but they don’t last for more than 24 hours and I’ve tried everything... following instructions and how to videos on the fb page, using every method possible, not sleeping on my sides or stomach and they will not stay put. Really frustrating seeing as how it’s so expensive but might stick them in a drawer for a fancy night out or something. Was really hoping to make them an everyday thing and skip doing mascara.”

Hi Lindsay! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). Hi Marta! We promise that everything you need is in the Control Kit. We don't include our Melt Away remover because the Gossamers can be removed with any dual phase make up remover you may already have in your home.
