“While the lashes are great, I gave 3 stars because it doesn’t tell you (until you purchase and open the kit) that the Pre-Cleanse is recommended to totally clean the lashes to ensure a longer wear. So mine only stayed on for about 4 days. I wish they would either include it in the kit, or tell you BEFORE you purchase that the cleanse is recommended.”

Hi Kait! If you got 4 days of wear just starting out with Lashify, that is awesome! Most new customers get 3-5 days when starting out so you are doing great! Try the Lockdown Method (instructions on our website under the dictionary) if you'd like to achieve closer to 7 days :) The Control Kit does come with everything you need to start using the Lashify system. While we recommend using Pre-Cleanse to prep lashes before applying your Gossamers, you can also apply them to squeaky clean, fresh out the shower lashes with no oils or residue on them and get similar results. I apologize if this is not made clear on our end, and we will try to do better at communicating this to our customers in the future :)

Hi Traci! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). For more tips please reach out to us directly at concierge@lashify.com to set up a complementary 1:1 with one of our educators. “I love them. They allow me to level up and feel more confident during this lockdown we’re in and that is truly worth everything. I think they are fairly easy to put on (I’m still learning) but found the help and clarity on gossimers for the first time buyer a little lacking. I just bought a bunch of variety but now know what I needed after spending the money. Overall, I’m super excited I found Lashify as I’m allergic to lash extension adhesive and now I can have full lashes again :green_heart:”

“After watching the videos, doing my research I knew I was getting a product that was good. BUT OMG, after trying it on and doing it myself, I didn't know it would be THAT GOOD. Im recommending this to everyone I know. Im not the type to do a lot of make up, nor even attempt at eye liner because I know it's hard for me and putting on lash strips was always something I knew I needed to spend so much time on. BUT OMG LASHIFY, super simple and easy, once you spend a little time on how to hold the tools, and watch a couple of their videos they have, its too easy. AND they feel amazing! Super light, I don't feel any discomfort at all. finally, super gentle on the eyelashes. I honestly can't stop admiring my eyelashes”
