Hello! We are sorry your experience did not go as planned. If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “I just ordered my second kit before even applying my first set of gossamers this kit is awesome juts note that each color kit comes with a different wand including the vault I now have 2/3 definitely going to collect all of them!!!”
