“Way too expensive for what you get. Starter kit includes things not described in the instructions. ZERO help troubleshooting. No instruction on size\\placement of lashes in starter kit. Product looks mediocre at best, but if I had help it might look better. These last for one day, if that, and certainly not 7 days. I feel like I’ve been scammed.”

Hello! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “I haven't really even worn strip lashes so I was frankly very nervous However after watching a couple videos I dove right in! I am happy to say placement for me was a little challenging, yet I am HOOKED! I'm now a luxe member and am trying all sorts of different lash maps and can't believe how easy it actually is! Greatest invention ever :) i can now apply my own beautiful lashes with ease in minutes .... bye bye mascara all over my eyelids.”

“I REALLY wanted to love these lashes. I am upset that I spent $150ish dollars for a kit "with everything I need to get started", but when I opened the directions it includes instructions to use two products that are sold separately- the Pre-Cleanse to clean your lashes and the Melt Away to remove the gossamer lashes. I expected the kit to have EVERYTHING I needed. These two products are an additional $50 +tax/shipping, so consider that when you make the initial investment in the control kit. If I had known this I would have ordered these products initially with the control kit so I could have everything I needed and I did not have to pay shipping twice. I did love how the lashes looked and got lots of compliments. They are lightweight and were easy-ish to put on, although there is definitely a learning curve and I know it will take some time to get them on perfectly. Because I did not have the Melt-away to remove the gossamer lashes, I did notice a few of my lashes were damaged (pulled out) when I removed the gossamer lashes. Without the pre-cleanse, the lashes only lasted 3-4 days for me. I have mixed feelings about this product as they are definitely expensive for a do-it-yourself product and disappointed that there wasn't more transparency about the kit not having everything you need to make the lashes work as intended. But they do look great and I think with practice, I could master putting them on properly.”

Hello! The Control Kit does contain everything you NEED to use the Lashify system. While Pre-Cleanse is a great product for prepping lashes for application, it is not required to use the Lashify system. You can apply Gossamers to fresh, squeaky clean lashes with no oils or residue on them and get the same result. We are sorry if this was not well communicated on our end. Gossamers can be removed with any dual phase make up remover found at your local grocery store if you do not have Melt Away. Many of our customers use Lashify perfectly without either Pre-Cleanse or Melt Away. We hope you continue loving your Lashify Control Kit and sorry about the confusion! :)

“Received my kit right in time for Xmas and my lashes looked beautiful, applied the A12 & A14 that were included in my control kit and have ordered more lashes already, Very easy to apply and equally easy to remove without any damage to my natural lashes.”

“These just didn't work for me. Perhaps it's because my eyelashes are quite short and sparse. I'm a pro at applying false lashes and I watched tons of youtube reviews and tutorials, so it wasn't user error.”

Hi Wendy! We are sorry things aren't working out for you. Lashify is very different than applying strip lashes, so even those who consider themselves great at applying strip lashes find that there is a learning curve when beginning Lashify.
