“Can not believe how easy these were to apply and how incredible they look! Extremely natural! I can’t tell they are there at all, they are so light (fluffies)! I will definitely continue using them and be buying them regularly. These have fast become a cosmetic staple for me. It’s also easy to bump up a daytime natural look to something more dramatic by stacking them. I don’t regret this purchase at all. This is a very clever invention!”

Hi Natasha! Do not worry - we are here to help! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “The product is wonderful. Your website is not user friendly. I found it extremely difficult to navigate. Got first control kit, became a member. Ordered supplies, did not get a 10% discount as promised. I had originally downloaded the app. So I was trying every which way that I could to complete the task of what I wanted to order. Also, if you could supply a virtual real time measurement of each style and length. That would be most helpful. My subscription wasn’t going until the second order of lashes. I consequently ordered lashes that are too long for me. Only 1 out of 3 gosssmers was a size I can use. The following Gossamer order, I have not received yet, but at least I was charged correctly. 50% off according to the subscription. Directly after that, I wanted more bonds, wax, and remover. That order took a very long time, had to keep signing in and out. Only got a partial order, no 10% off, and expecting that order on Tuesday. Online help was a series of emails, with non-specific answers. I would prefer an online chat in real time, to assist with placing my orders and answer questions that the web page doesn’t have. I hope this helps you to improve customer service and support. Answers for online business should be key in repeat business.”
