We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Most definitely get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashif.com).. “I do think that once I get the hang of it better it will be easier. I feel like the terms and what the items are called are a little confusing at first when you have no idea where to even start, hi had to watch a lot of YouTube videos and join the Facebook Lashify group and that really helped me. The items are very nice quality and the price is decent.”

“I really don’t want to leave a bad review, I don’t think it’s the product, I think it’s me.. however, the product just doesn’t last longer than a few hours, and at $145, I feel like I’ve wasted my money.. I lost most of the lashes, so I’m order to continue using the products, I’ll have to buy more gossamers, others seem so satisfied with it, but sadly it just didn’t work for me :sob:”

Do not worry - we are here to help! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “i love them but i wish u can choose your desired length in the control kit. i’m a 8/10 preferred length and i’m trying to make the 12’s work but they are just too long. not sure what i’ll do with the 14’s. otherwise i love!”
