“I hated it! It was uncomfortable and irritating and pulled a lot my natural lashes out. I requested for a refund and still no response. Please send directions to me on how to return it and get my refund.”

Hello! If applied and removed correctly, Lashify should never damage natural lashes. The system was designed to be non-damaging and gentle on your natural lashes. The bonds contain biotin and no harsh chemicals like formaldehyde or cyanoacrylates, and do not dry hard and remain flexible to allow for natural lash growth and movement. The Fuse Control wand has a patented horizontal clamp force that fuses with even force across your lashes so that you are not pinching certain ones too hard.
