We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Most are successful with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 50,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“How did I live without this kit?!? It’s amazing. Takes a few times to get the hang of it but don’t give up. I had extensions for a few months prior- the time and money I’m saving is great. Not to mention not watching lashes fall out and counting down to my next “fill”- now I can do a quick touch up as needed. So. Good.”

“I love the idea of lashify and it was extremely easy to put on and use. With all the tutorials and FB group, you're sure to make it work for you. In regards to the control kit, I just felt it wasn't catered enough to what I needed. I got the Curl kit and the C12 and C14 were just too long for what I wanted. The fuse wand is great, but I can't use it the way it was intended. My eyes are flatter, so the wand doesn't fit around my eye to fuse all at once like in the tutorials. But that's okay, I just fuse a little at a time instead. The Whisper Light is great though. In hindsight, I might have just bought the Fuse Wand and Whisper on it's own and get the actual lashes I wanted. I think if the control kit lets you choose the lashes you get with your control kit, then this would be perfect. I've been trying to see how long they last and every night, I lose one lash. So might have to get the extra night bond or something to fix this. If the control kit could let us swap out the Glass for another product that would be great too!”

“There is a bit of a learning curve but even the first few applications got lots of compliments. People cannot believe I did it myself.. No damage and each application is a little better and stays a little longer. Honestly I am overcoming energy challenges. Pre Lashify, every time I passed the mirror I felt frumpy and unable to keep up with my hair. I cut off all my hair to save time and energy. Enter lashify! I get up in the AM and without putting my face on I feel pretty and put together without much effort. It will really be worth it to me when I can get them to stay a couple weeks at a time. I am thankful!”

“I LOVE my new lashes! The morning after my first application my daughter woke me up and said I looked like a movie star in my jammies lol. A few years ago I wore extensions and then developed an allergy to the glue. I was deviated! Since then I’ve used lash serums and all different kinds of mascara to replicate the look and it just left me missing my extensions (and constant mascara smudges under my brows :face_palm::skin-tone-2:‍:female_sign:). I was so excited to try Lashify and after my first application I was 1000% sold! I love the look, the light weight feel, and the convenience of doing it at home! I’m still learning the application techniques and figuring out how to get them to last more than 3 days, but I know with time I’ll get it.”
