We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashif.com).. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 50,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“I put them on yesterday and I absolutely love them. It was much easier than I thought and I think it will get even easier after a few times. I was using magnetic lashes which I did love for awhile but my eyelids started to get irritated after about 6 months. I know someone who tried Lashify a few months back and I remembered so I ordered and after putting them on yesterday I’m already addicted I signed up for the membership and placed another order last night. I contacted through text also for some questions I had and someone got back to me immediately and was extremely helpful. This is definitely 5 stars all around product and customer service!!!”

“As a first time customer, I wish there’s a better instructions on how to put it on. I had someone send videos also look up on how to apply the lashes. Took several practice days waisted lashes just to learn and I didn’t order enough so I bought store lashes to practice on while I wait for new orders to arrive. I’m still on practice mode and I’m liking it. Is there anyways to send a practice kit to learn and practice first? I wouldn’t mind paying for it. Thank you for your inventions that make us women in the run look marvelous.”

Thank you for your feedback Kava! In addition to the instructions with the kit, we do have a "how to" section on our website. We also do daily live tutorials on our social media channels. We also have an amazing community in Facebook called Lashify Life filled with educational content and tips from other users. Many share how they clean and reuse their lashes! We also do have a practice pack! It's called X by Lashify and can be found on our website. You can reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators.
