We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a day! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“I fell in love with Lashify as soon as I made my first attempt at applying these lashes with my control kit. This kit provides you with the necessities you need to have a successful application! I am able to do it myself and have an result with every style I choose to apply without going to a salon to get extensions. I actually get more complements on my lashes than I used to when I got them done at a salon! Oh and forget strip lashes! Once you try Lashify, you will never go back to anything else. I will be forever obsessed with Lashify!!”

“Love everything about Lashify! I have never worn any false lashes because they are heavy and bulky and my eyes are sensitive. Lashify has been amazing for me. They are super easy to apply and they are light and feel very natural. LOVE LOVE LOVE”

“If you have little lashes, don’t buy this. Waste of money. It order for it to work well, you need lashes. If you have straight lashes or lashes that point down... don’t bother buying this. It’s easy to apply and get a hang of but doesn’t work if you don’t have or have little lashes. Especially the end or corner of your eyes”

Hi there! If you lashes are short, thin, or pointed down, you can totally make Lashify work! Most lashes submit to the curl of the Gossamers. If you lashes are really straight you can curl before application (for better results, use our heated curler). If you are having trouble with your application reach out to us directly (concierge@lashify.com). If needed you can be set up for a complimentary 1:1 session with an Educator. We also recommend you join our Lashify Life Facebook group, with over 40,000 members successfully using the system, even with sparse straight lashes! We look forward to hearing from you.

“I’m loving this lash system. I mean, I’m new, but I can see why it works. Could see it after the first time I put them on. The tutorials are super helpful and the gossamers are obviously high quality. Already know they’re well worth the investment up front and can’t wait to try more gossamer sets.”
