We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“Not sure if my expectations were really high based on all the reviews and IG posts. Lining up the Gossamers is not as easy as it looks, getting the right amount of adhering product on lashes is tricky, I was also bummed to realize the special removal product was sold separately from the control kit.”

“Easy to use for first time users. It’s helped me practice with this tool and I’ve never been happier that I have this readily available! I’ve always been a lash fanatic, so this was an early birthday gift to myself. Super happy with my decision! Now, I can create all kinds of looks from natural to dramatic, all with just this kit! “Can’t believe how easy they are to put on! It took maybe 10 min my first time and they lasted 6 days! I love that they eliminate the strip line that normal strip lashes create on top of your eye. Also, my eyes have always been sensitive to lash glue and extension glue. Absolutely no reaction to Lashify. So comfy and beautiful!”

“I love the Lashify system and already spend so much within 2 weeks of buying the control kit because I simply wanted to try all the styles. My only comment is I wish the control kit came in shorter lengths as the 14s are really too long for smaller eyes! I’ve already recommended it to lots of my friends, love how a fresh set of lashes makes me feel :heart:️”
