Hi there, we're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. We also provide direct assistance! Reach out to us at Concierge@lashify.com to get set up for a 1:1 with one of our educators. “I am in love. I wasn’t sure what the learning curve for applying these would be, but it was seriously so easy and fast. The lashes look incredible and natural. Now I seriously wish I hadn’t wasted my money on various magnetic lashes that I could never get to stick right no matter how many times I tried. And I only tried lash extensions once because after sitting in a chair for two hours I couldn’t fathom what the upkeep would be. These took less than 5 minutes to apply on my very first try. I’ve already put in two more orders so I can try more products and lash styles. I can’t see ever going back.”

Hi there, we are here to help! If you are having trouble, it can be a few things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website).
