“These lashes are NOT easy to put on and totally misrepresented in the tutorial. Also, they will not return any unopened supplemental product, but that is not clear on the main webpage or the product pages. It's in superfine print, which is a deceptive business practice. I am returning my whole order and calling American Express to dispute the charge due to their business practices that ARE NOT clearly outlined. NOT HAPPY!”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. But we are here to help! With the purchase of a control kit, we offer complimentary 1:1 sessions with one of our Educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system. Regarding our return policy, it is clearly stated in the product page, the "Returns" page on the site, and when checking out you agree to the return policy before completing a purchase. “I received the kit over a month ago. Finally I'm able to use these after waiting for my lash extensions to be mostly off. Love the look! I'll need more variety in length soon to get the style I prefer!”

“Absolutely amazing system, so easy to use and lots of helpful tips and techniques to find the right application for you. As a UK resident, the delivery service was quick and easy. You don’t get gaps like you do with lash extensions when individual lashes fall out. 5 days later and mine are all still in exactly the same place, hand on heart it’s brilliant.”

“It’s been a week since I did my first application which had one gossamer piece break. I lost a piece from each eye on day two. Reapplied them and lost a different piece in 2 more days. I did a pretty good job applying for a newbie. I will give it a couple of more tries before I decide if I will keep going. I know to watch the amount of bond and my lashes were perfectly clean having just soap/watered in the shower so we shall see.”

“Easy to apply even for my first time! The lash tool makes the process so smooth. Nothing like being able to wake up with beautiful lashes!! The kit has everything you need I really didn’t even need extra lashes but now I WANT more!”

“Great little kit perfect for starting out. I got the B’s and love the look. First application only lasted a day. I was more careful the second time and got 6 full days with them! I rebind the inner corners as needed, avoid excess water on them. Will try other bonds to see how they do with getting wet, and yes I’ve ordered more lashes several times already!”
