We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system.

“These lashes look beautiful on, but the standard adhesive that comes in the kit just does not work for me. Lashes will not stay on for 24 hours, much less up to a week as other reviewers promoted. I have tried both the waterproof and night bond with a little more success, 2 days of wear (one night’s sleep). I like the curved tweezer for application. The packaging (box & foam insert) are aesthetically pleasing and sturdy. I was excited to wear these on a daily basis, but it will be both too time consuming and costly if a new set has to be applied every 2 days.”

Hi there! Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than just 2 days. If you are not getting the wear you want, we suggest you try on of our longevity techniques (Def Con 5 or Lockdown). “This control kit is everything for a beginners set! I loved it and it also works for a traveling case when you take the foam out. I am so pleased and satisfied because it includes 2 gossamers and what someone needs to get started, like the whisper light duos and also the glass. I am so glad it also includes a mirror which is a plus! This is a go to beauty set to start with. And I tell all the folks I know about it!”
