We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashif.com).. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 70,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“They seemed very easy. I tried them twice and they fell off within an hour. Possibly the adhesive? the applicator on one end didnt have a spoolie.”

The dual-sided Whisper Light that comes in the Control Kit purposely has two different applicators: a micro mascara wand on the black side and the pointed Aubex Tip on the white side, which is perfect for precision jobs. It is important to keep the layers of bond thin and light, and to allow it to become tacky. I highly recommend joining the Lashify Life group on Facebook which had over 70 000 members! “I’m still learning, and I get better with each application. There is a learning curve to this! The control kit doesn’t have everything you need. You really do need the melt away and precleanse. Thankfully the control kit came with samples.”
