We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. “I am still trying to get the hang of this. The videos make it look much more easier than it actually is. I can only get on, on average, 2-3 days with these lashes. It would be a 5 star if the learning curve wasn’t so big and if the control kit came with everything you truly need .”

“Amazing! I used to use individual lashes which ruined my real eyelashes and then switched to strips which were okay but not for every day wear. These are actually pretty easy to put on once you get the hang of it and look so much better than strips.”

“I had a difficult time learning how to apply correctly but once I figured it out I rarely will go a day without lashes on. I find that it's easy to throw the kit in my purse for a just in case moment. When people ask me about my lashes I take out my kit and show them how different it is than strip lashes. I will be a forever customer.”

“These lashes look supernatural! I still can't get the application down, sometimes it's really easy and sometimes it's hard, but it's getting a lot easier. I'm not sure if these are worth the money, as the kiss lashes work just as well, but if you're a religious lash where you might like the quality of these a lot better. My only major complaint is that they are hard to keep track of period I've already lost two little clumps”

“Love Lashify .... I’ve tried multiple lash systems ... these hold their curl even if they get wet. You pay for quality ! Love the wand best wand on the market. Only issue I had is with the glue ... I have very oily eyelids and the glues did not work for me. But they are great if you are sensitive.”
