“I do like it, but it’s not as durable as I was hoping! I read so many reviews on Instagram, and it said it can last up to a week, but by day 2, it was falling off. I ended up ordering more, because the B’s were too big for me. I even purchase a stronger glue. I got the A’s instead. I really like Amplify lashes, but it’s so fragile when I use the “remover” it literally made the lashes fall apart. So now I just pull it off instead of using the solution. Which was also an add-on for $20, that I’m no longer using. I’ve been meaning to write you guys, so I’m happy to see you checking on your new customers. Is there a way I can exchange the B’s lashes? I spent over $200 and I’m still not 100% happy with them. Lots of trail and errors. I wish we had a sample, before making the full purchase. The 12 & 14 are too big for me, and that’s what the kit comes in right? I have not bragged about this products to any of my friends yet. I’m still waiting for the perfect combo of lashes sizes, and glue techniques. Hoping to see what else you can offer to fix this problem.”

Hi there! We are sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than 2 days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a complimentary 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend joining the Lashify Life FB group in FB for tips and tricks from other clients. For questions about your order, please reach out to Concierge (concierge@lashify.com). The sizes in the kit are the average sizes. Once people get their kit, and try the sizes, it allows you to know exactly what sizes to get next. “Love Love Love my Lashify! I’m addicted and feel naked without it! It has saved me ten minutes at least in my daily makeup routine which I love! It’s so easy to apply compared to false strip lashes with lash glue (so yesterday’s news) and much more affordable that going to a lash salon which are expensive and take hours out of your day!”

“Referred by friend. Great product. Took my extensions off to give my lashes a break. Attractive packaging and great design. Feel confident with lash appearance. They look really good because they are under natural lash rather than over. Very easily customizable to create the look you want. Would recommend”

“I really like how easy these lashes are to apply, however I don't like that they do not stay on for more than a couple of days and also that you can see where the lash sections seperate. I'm a new user so maybe I just need to perfect my technique to get them right. The lashes are pretty so I may try using again. For the price of the lash system though, I hoped they would stay on longer.”

“Love this product as they are kind to your own lashes as opposed to semi permanent . Easy to apply and look great , but much too expensive so I can’t wear all the time which kind of defeats the object . I can’t afford to keep buying lashes as you dont recommended They be reused . When you sleep in them they only last couple days So I can only use special occasions . My daughter bought me these for birthday present and I’m sorry I can’t keep buying .”

Hi there! Once you have the kit, all you need are the lashes you want to try next. Sign up for the free luxe box membership to get our lashes at a discounted price! Also your Gossamers should lash 5-7 days. If you need help with application or longevity, please feel free to reach out. We offer complimentary 1:1 services with our educators! And although our lashes were not designed for re-use, about 80% of our clients do! Join the Lashify Life group in FB to get tips from clients on re-use.
