“I have tried to like the system. I have spent a lot of money trying... after purchasing and attempting (failing) the control kit, I realized I would benefit from having a few other things (cleanser, melt away, etc.) and so I placed a couple additional orders. I have successfully worn the lashes twice. Both times were a stressful experience to apply them - at least an hour both times. They looked pretty good when I was done, and lasted that whole day, but were lifting by morning. Even though they looked nice, I just don't think I am willing to go through the process each and every time I want to wear them. I thought about returning the kit since I paid so much, but I am a few days past the return deadline since I had to order additional supplies. I know that I could improve the application process over time, but there is something just so simple about using mascara (if I can ever find the right one). If I can still return anything, I would love to be able to do so... it was a big investment to not be happy with it.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. “It's been a few months since I started using Lashify products, if my memory is correct. I highly recommend using short gossamers, if you are like me and prefer natural-looking lashes (my natural lashes are pretty thin and short). I mainly use B10s (F10s if I wanted subtle but extra punch) plus B8 for the inner corners. Also, Lashify shortened my morning routine dramatically -- I teach via Zoom now and all I have to worry about is my eyebrows and lipstick. Lashify is definitely a game changer! I could never stop crying whenever I wore false lashes. They irritate my eyes so much. Lashify products have not given me any troubles so far, they are super easy to use, and I don't feel a thing when I wear them. I love the little boosts of self-love! One last tip: I've been loving the combo of Bondage + Night Bond -- my lashes don't budge for a week easily.”
