We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! If you are not getting the wear you want, it typically has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. If not, we are here to help! You can reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. “I love the thickness of the extreme lashes. But they seem like they don’t stay on as long due to their firm structure. Great look! Not sure about the lasting power.”

For the volume lashes we suggest that layering a little more bond. Ensure you allow a little time for the bond to get tacky. Try our lockdown technique! Steps can be found under Dictionary on our website.

“E's are one of my favorite G styles! I used to be strictly about EEs, but I've transitioned to using E's since I like how the curl is a little less intense. As someone that usually likes a pretty dramatic look on the daily, I like how E's accomplish a Russian volume look that I feel comfortable using for everyday wear.”
