“Don’t put it into a cotton ball. I found that I wasted product, and I always had my own lashes coming out trying to get bond off of my natural lashes. I realized when I used less, it seemed to be more gentle and worked better. Hm, kinda like all of their other products. One tip, use lint free nail pads. You can find them on amazon. They are paper thin, but use very little product. Warning - don’t rub, they are rough and not comfortable on the delicate eye area. Simply place and hold, then lightly wipe down. By now you can usually just pull the gossamer off. Next, use a q-tip and stick it in the Melt Away hole (that’s why it’s so big) and use that to wipe away the rest. I seriously could not understand the hype over Melt Away until I discovered these tips. Now, I won’t use anything else.”
