“I purchased this product after reading the reviews and watching the IG tutorials, however, I didn't see any improvement with it, as a matter of fact it seems worse! Since you won't get refunded or compensated if you don't like the product, don't waste your money on this.”

We are very sorry you didn't have a good experience with Night Bond. We do have a 30 day money back guarantee on the Lashify Control Kit and if a product is defective we will replace it for you. I can see that it has been some time since you ordered. Did you reach out to concierge when you were having problems with the product? We offer assistance and even one on one with a Lashify Educators if you need it.

“I only used night bond twice. So far it’s ok. I feel like glass is my to go for water resistant and sealer to me”

Clumps should not happen with Night Bond. It should be applied in a similar manner as liquid liner to form a shell like finish.
