Hi there. So sorry to hear that. Pre cleanse is not intended to go inside your eye. It should only be used as topical item. Ensure you are not over saturating when using. This will prevent any product from going in your eye. Using pre cleanse will help the wear time dramatically. “Love the pre-cleanse! Nice to get my lashes cleaned and set for application. I use it all over the rest of my face when I’m done putting it on my lashes. Lashes feel secure and set.”
