“Works wonderfully, I use it after the melt away it gets everything off. It feels more like an alcohol base since It is a little strong if you get it in the eyes, so try to apply with a cotton pad. Overall wonderful to prep before application.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned! If you are not getting the wear you want, it typically has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. If not, we are here to help! You can reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. “I love this product. I like that it cleanses but it’s mild. My lids get very oily so I use this product to ward away the oil so that it does not compromise my lash application or their staying power. I just use a disposable lip applicator to cleanse daily and I get 5 days of wear from my lashes.”

“Pre-Cleanse lash prep is the bomb! I can't believe how much residue it removes from my lash line and lashes. It doesn't burn my eyes, either. Nor does it make my eye area dry. It is very gentle, yet effective. I have used it before I apply my lashes and after. I use it daily to clean around my eye area, including my eyelid area, being careful not to get my lash line wet. I love PRE-CLEANSE! WAY TO GO LASHIFY!”

“Love the prep! Such a crucial step to make sure your lashes are prepped, primed, and ready! I feel like bc I take the extra time to clean them they last even longer. I typically see retention of 10 days!”

“this stuff does work. For me, my lids don't get that oily so I probably didn't NEED this. Just make sure your face is clean before applying and you'll be good. If you're deciding between stuff to buy, this probably wouldn't make the list next time.”
