“Hi! Still working on bonding my lashed to make it last since it's only lasted me two days. Having the ability to create my lash design is just awesome! I switch from daily to drama by stacking. Not fond of the X Luxe subs. If the item gets lost the responsibility falls on the customer. You must wait 7 days to file a claim, await results of the claim before they send out a new order. This resulted in a new purchase to replace the order more money spent. I don't mind since I'm enjoying my lashes but I count on the item to arrive the reason I signed up for a subs , spending more with no support is not fun. From my several subs this is the only one that leaves you in the limbo which is a turn off. Please revise your shipping method to support the customer. Nonetheless I am really enjoying my lashes. Thank you for creating this awesome option. :)”

“I used a dual phase and/or oil free soap for my first 10 applications. I had 3ish days of longevity. I decided to splurge and wow. Using as pre cleanse before application and morning and night with a q tip over lid, I’m getting 5-6 days without budging. Actually worth it- especially if you’re oily!!!! :raised_hands::skin-tone-2:”
