“I really love the lashify products. I would definitely order a control kit again if it had more customization options. Offering only the whisperlite and glass takes it down just a bit. But if you are a new user I would definitely recommend this as a jumping off point. My only other issue is that my wand arrived and did not open very wide. I had a number of users tell me that it seemed wrong and I have an extremely difficult time getting around my lashes to do a full fuse. The concierge only offered to ship me a new set after I returned the first which meant I would be unable to do my lashes for two to three weeks. I wound up just bending them myself. I still have a hard time doing a full fuse but they're far more usable now.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“It's amazing! I used to do lash extensions, but it was too time consuming and expensive. I couldn't stand the thought of putting on fake lashes every morning. This is the PERFECT system. I have been able to wear mine for 3-5 days. The first 3 times of applying was tricky, but once you get your own system down-- so easy! I love them more than the lash extensions I had for years!”
