“I want to say first that I love the lashes and love the membership. I do not like the ridiculous policy that once you order, there’s no way to change it if you’ve made a mistake. Even if you try 10 minutes after. They act like they can’t just go in system and change it. I think it’s just poor customer service on their part and if I could find these types of lashes else where, I’d take my business there. I feel when I’ve asked questions, it’s usually turned around to be my fault and not one time have they tried to correct anything. They really need to allow us to change orders for memberships. There’s zero reason they can’t on orders that don’t ship out until 3-4 days after order. It makes me livid! I’m stuck with 6 sets of lashes too long for me.”

“Fabulous lash option. I love lash if I. I left it I can control the style and links of my lashes. That I can choose to wear them for a while or take them off nightly. I love the options of the different bonds and products. And I love the community of women. The only thing I wish was that it was a bit more affordable to get started. I’ve been recommending it to all of my friends.”
