“Membership is easy as well as easy to control when you want to get your order on the website. Just wish that other products were available as well through the subscription like the whisper or night bond, glass, and the Fluffy gossamers....”

“I love the lashes, no complaints there. But I have some issues with Lashify x lash cash. - The website is very confusing when you have Lashify x lash cash, you will have to use a separate link to manage it, and I got lost many times and had to contact customer service to learn where to find some subscription settings. - There are limited products that i can use the points for, which is annoying, because the points are actual money, and i shouldn't have to pay extra for other products or other types of lashes. - To redeem the points, I have to add a paid product, again this makes me pay extra money added to what i pay on monthly basis, which is very annoying. - The redeeming process is not user friendly. if i want to add 20 gossamers, i have to redeem them one by one and going back to the shopping page, which is even made worse by how slow the website is. Which ends up taking like half an hour of my time to place my order. There should be a button asking me how many of that gossamer i want to redeem (like regular products added to the cart) - The free shipping voucher is very confusing, it doesnt say on the website that its not applicable for international orders, and i had to contact customer service to return the points back (they responded very quickly, thanks!) -- also the chat service is down on the website, so i had to send an email I love the product and i keep telling everyone about it, so i hope you guys take this feedback seriously and resolve the pain points in the service.”
