All of her products are already part of my self care routine, but Bless Essence takes my self care to the next level. I have been going through a lot these past few months with a dear family member in the hopsital and several job interviews on top of teaching and going to graduate school. The moment I recieved my package I put Bless Essence on and meditated. The smell is incredibly soothing and beautiful. It is just like Bless Balm, but the smell lasts much longer than when I put on the balm. It really helped me slip more easily into a state of calm from a state of sadness and anxiety.
