“I really want to love this product, the smell is amazing! However the coconut oil solidified & the only way I can use (small amounts at a time) is if I run under continuous hot water. Because this takes awhile, I’m frustrated & not able to use throughout the day whenever I’d like. I did reach out, twice, but haven’t heard back. I’m very disappointed. Again, I want to love this product & could see it being something I keep on hand. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again.”

I keep a mug by my sink & put hot water in it, and put the bottle in the mug of hot water, then I take a shower. Once I am done with my shower… the product is all melted and ready to use! :)))”
