“I ordered this product weeks ago and have yet been able to use it. It arrived in a solid form. I followed the FAQ online suggestions for this problem. The product turned into a liquid,with a chunk of solid coconut in the middle. This product is not conducive to daily use, as it solidifies and won't come out of the bottle to apply. I do not recommend this product. Beware you are unable to return this pricy product because of this issue. I have bought several items and all my facial care is LeahLani,but I will not be ordering this product again and can't let others purchase.”
