“I’ve been ordering this product since she was selling on Etsy. However, the last two batches I received were VERY hard to stir…. As in making a huge goopy mess when trying to use. I realize it’s a natural product, but I use other organic skincare brands that do not have this issue. Added to my recent horrible customer service experience with this company, I’m less than impressed. I have a feeling this review will be deleted as they probably delete most negative reviews, but hopefully this helps the few that see it before it gets deleted.”
