“Creatine monohydrate has always been my number one choice for muscle growth and increased strength. However with other supplement companies I had some side effects, but not with LEAN Nutrition. I love their creatine monnohydrate tablets and it's easier for me to take a tablet than powder. And I've also read that's more effective as well. Therefore, a huge thumbs up for LEAN creatine monohydrate.”
