“I've been using a combination of whey protein and creatine for 4 weeks and I notice great results. I've lost a few pounds (fat), while gained volume in muscles. The thing I love is that I no longer need 4 days to recover. It really boosts the recovery process and therefore I love it. The taste is okay as well, but I don't like chocolate..”

“I know that whey protein is great for everything, but I waited so long for a whey protein that is specifically designed to support weight loss. I'm eating training hard, so whey protein is much needed for my recovery and also fat burning. CLA, L-carnitine, green tea and flax seed are great addition and I know about each ingredient a lot. So without a doubt, a perfect whey protein for people who want to lose weight!”

“I normally struggle to choke cheap protein down but this one was not bad at all. I threw some scoops of creatine in as well and it carried the flavour still. Best to mix in a shaker or in a blender with some ice was a nice change. Would like to see more flavour choices.”
