“Great little torch. Purchased for my job and is, so far, excellent for what I need. The pencil beam is easily as good, distance and brightness wise, as my 2X D cell Maglite!!! Not bad for an AA cell powered torch. Very pleased.”

“Never received my order, my emails and messages ignored. Finally received response, was told I would be sent replacements, then a refund, which was over 2 weeks ago, neither of which was true.. Worst online shopping experience to date!”

Dear Michael, We offered to send this out to you but informed you that the M5 was discontinued which was part of the order, as the original order was signed for by neighbour according to Royal Mail tracking. As you declined you have been refunded in full for the order once Paypal agreed to release the funds. The delay was due to a Paypal hold on the funds. Hope this helps Thanks Matt
