“Ordered this during the winter and it was shipped and likley froze. When I went to use it had turned into a solid and I was unable to use it I tried to exchange for a new one but unfortunatly it was after the 60day return date. I notice now that on the website this product is not shipped during the winter. I have used this product before and it works well as long as it is kept above freezing :) I love Lee Valley!”

Thanks for sharing your experience. You're quite right that this glue can be damaged by freezing, which is why we don't ship it during colder months. For future customers, our return policy is 90 days. While we're sorry to hear the glue had solidified before you were able to use it, we'd still like to take a closer look at what happened.
