“Bar none! This is the best pruner that I have, and I have dozens. The minor drawbacks are nothing compared to how much better these are than their competition. I have had mine for over 5 years, and recently bought a second set… not because they are worn out, but because I want to gift them to another worthy gardener. Minor irritations are: 1) slippery handle. Easily fixed by roughing the hand grip surfaces with a grinder 2) stowage latch. Because it is on the top handle, it falls down during use. Mine broke. I replaced it with a string… works just as well, maybe better. 3) spring broke after a few thousand hours of use. The factory sent a new spring (different shape)… with a bit of grinder work, it fits just fine and works quite well 4) pinch point as the handles close: out of the factory, these surfaces are square (sharp). I went through several pairs of gloves being chewed at this pinch point before I rounded the edges with a file… gloves and hands have been happy ever since. Did I say best pruners, ever!? I might buy a backup pair, just in case they stop making them”
