“The new Sharpening Stick worked well the first time I used it to sharpen kitchen knifes I use to cut roasts, clean freshly caught fish, cut bread slices and hamburg buns. Each of these items required different knife that was not sharp before I sharpen them with the Diamond Sharpening Stick. I quickly realized a user must develop skill to quickly sharpen knives of different blade lengths and made of different steel. I have not tried to sharpen knive with teeth in a section of blade.”

“I am always happy with the quality of the items carried by Lee Valley. In this case, the package of a number of items that I had ordered had been treated roughly in shipping, and the diamond sharpening sick had slipped out of it's sleeve, and out of the box, and was missing. Customer service was great as usual, they agreed to ship me a replacement right away. The merchandise is superior, the customer service is a delight to work with. David”

“Nice diamond stick, works great, cuts pretty fast. Nice is slides into the handle and you can pull out how ever much you need. I can see this will be handy for many things, just used it on the mower blade so far.”
