“These are an excellent countermeasure against parchment paper sliding around on baking pans. They make it so much easier to flip items midway through cooking. The parchment stays in place, and you just scrape and scoop as needed. They are also a safety feature. I did not know that parchment paper could burn. One time I had left an extra-long tail beyond the edge of the baking pan and put the tray under the broiler. The loose end of the parchment curled up and began to burn. These clips prevent that from happening.”

“When you put parchment paper on tray they hold it in place. Great cause you do not have wash the tray latter.”
