“It keeps the bread from drying out (same as a plastic bag would) but it also seems to prevent mold. It smells healthy. It is a hygienic solution . Not cheap, but a useful, worthy acquisition.”

“I make sourdough bread weekly and this is a great bag reducing plastic which I abhor. I have only had this bag for a couple of weeks and it has been keeping my bread fresh. I did not rate it five star because I wish it was slightly bigger/ wider to accommodate a full loaf.”

“The beeswax bag was wonderful to preserve homemade sourdough bread and local sourdough bread made without preservatives. Much more effective and less expensive than other means of keeping loaves fresh.”
