“After years of fighting with regular ice trays when freezing tomato paste or pesto, I got the Souper Cubes 2 Tbsp tray. I have the 1 c and 1/2 c versions and resisted the 2T because I had ice trays... that were almost useless with anything other than herbs or water. The flexible cubes make freezing small amounts of sauces and pastes a breeze. Thank you Lee Valley for another great and helpful product.”

“I haven't had a chance to use this yet, but I have had the 1 cup size for several years now and I absolutely love it. My daughter also has the 1 and 2 cup sizes and uses them a lot. They make freezer storage so much better, as the frozen bricks in plastic bags are efficient to stack, take up minimum space and free up Tupperware-type containers for other uses. I highly recommend this product.”

“Easy to use but don't need top as take I items out as soon as they are frozen. Would have likes an intermediate size between this one and other bigger one available. Item scome out easily.”
